Delivery Policy

At Babababy, we are dedicated to delivering a seamless and efficient experience for all our customers. Below, you will find the details of our delivery services and policies.

Delivery Time & Conditions:
1. Greater Malé Area (Malé, Hulhumalé, and Villimalé):
  • Deliveries are made every day between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
  • To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 7:00 PM.
  • Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be scheduled for the next day’s delivery.
  • All deliveries within the Greater Malé Area are provided free of charge
2. Ferry/Boat Deliveries:
  • Orders for delivery to ferries or boats must be placed at least 12 hours before the departure time.
  • These deliveries are also provided free of charge.
3. Other Inhabited Islands:
  • Deliveries to other islands are arranged through Maldivian Cargo, Redbox, F&C, or Maldives Post.
  • A minimum charge of MVR 100 will be applicable for shipping to other islands. The actual shipping costwill depend on the weight of the order and will be communicated to the customer once the item is shipped using their preferred shipping method.
  • Once payment is confirmed, orders will be dispatched within 24 business hours.
Express Delivery Service:

For deliveries required outside of our regular delivery hours, an express delivery service is available. These deliveries are handled by a third-party service, and an additional delivery fee will apply, which must be paid by the customer.

Order Processing:
  • Orders will only be processed once payment has been settled.
  • Any unpaid orders will be automatically canceled when deliveries begin.
  • Our preferred payment method is online transfer. If you wish to pay by cash upon delivery, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
  • For cash payments, the exact amount must be provided, as our delivery personnel do not carry change.

Delivery Exceptions:
1. Unforeseen Circumstances:

In the event of extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, delivery schedules may be subject to change. Our team will notify affected customers promptly and ensure that deliveries are completed as soon as possible.

2. High Volume Periods:

During the first week of every month, there may be delays of up to 48 hours due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
